I’m having so much fun using these molds! They’re perfect to enhance the visual as well as the vertical aspect of your meal! They’re well made, strong enough that I sometimes use them as the cutting tool to get a perfect fit for thin leafy veggies like lettuce or spinach. I do lightly spray the interior with a non stick spray to avoid any sticking. I’ve cooked zucchini in them and it turned out perfect. The base is great for transferring from your work surface to the plate. I do want to buy another set in a different size to use for entertaining, thus presenting different heights as well as widths. These make me look like a chef!
