ACME Anti-Backlash Nut Block

If you require a backlash free system for your 3D Printer or CNC Machine, then this delrin plastic ACME Anti-Backlash Nut is the ideal choice. With a normal ACME nut block, there will always be some play between the thread of the ACME lead screw and the thread of the nut. With this anti-backlash nut, there is a levered section, turning the set screw tightens it against the thread, removing any play. The ways in which this can be mounted is virtually limitless. It can be mounted to the underside of a gantry plate or directly onto the V-Slot extrusion. Combining this product with our other items, allow for an endless amount of modular machines. This Anti-Backlash ACME Nut block should be used in conjunction with a 2mm pitch, Tr8*8, 4 start trapezoidal lead screw.
