At Asoka Yoga, we aim to process and dispatch orders efficiently so that you can enjoy your wellness products as soon as possible.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery procedures, estimated timelines, and customer responsibilities.

 

  1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

For international orders, please contact us directly before placing an order to confirm shipping availability, costs, and estimated transit times.

 

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours:

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:00 SAST

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

  1. Shipping Charges

By default, all parcels will be sent via door to door courier, if your shipping address falls within our courier’s normal city service area.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Courier rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping Offer

Asoka Yoga offers free standard shipping within South Africa on orders of R1,500 or more after discounts have been applied.

The free shipping offer:

  • Applies to standard delivery services only;
  • Is available only for delivery addresses within South Africa;
  • Excludes expedited, express, or special delivery requests;
  • Excludes wholesale customers;
  • May be amended, suspended, or withdrawn by Asoka Yoga at any time without prior notice.

For orders below R1,500, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  1. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information supplied.

 

  1. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Please ensure:

  • Street address is correct
  • Contact number is accurate
  • Recipient is available during delivery hours

Additional charges resulting from incorrect address details may be payable by the customer.

 

  1. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details;
  • Recipient unavailable;
  • Refusal of delivery;

the parcel may be returned to us.

Any re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

 

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt.

If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify Asoka Yoga within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs where requested.

 

  1. International Orders

If you are based in countries within or bordering South Africa (Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, etc) and wish to purchase from us, please drop us a mail and we will look for possibilities of getting your potential purchase to you.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • Clearance fees;
  • Local government charges.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.

Asoka Yoga is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

 

  1. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products remains with Asoka Yoga until full payment has been received.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Transport disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain interruptions

Asoka Yoga shall not be liable for delays resulting from such events.
